Indian Navy Sailor Recruitment 2021 Job Details:
Name of the post – AA
Vacancy – 500
Educational Qualification – Must have passed higher secondary with at least 60% marks in physics and maths subjects along with any one of chemistry, biology and computer science. Only unmarried male candidates are eligible for application.
Name of the post – SSR
Educational Qualification – Must have passed higher secondary including physics and maths subjects along with any one subject in chemistry, biology, and computer science. Only unmarried male candidates are eligible for application.
Salary: 14,600/- per month will be paid initially during salary training. After completion of training, Rs.21,700/- to Rs.69,100/- per month will be paid as per Pay Level 3 along with others.
Age– The date of birth of the applicant should be between 1st February 2001 and 31st July 2004.
Application Method – The application has to be made online. www.joinindiannavy.gov.in should go to this website and fill out the specified form and scan and upload the relevant documents. You can apply online from April 26 to April 30, 2021.
Recruitment Procedure – Recruitment will be done through written examination and physical fitness measurement. The written test will be of objective type. The subjects from which questions will come up in the first step written examination are English, Science, Mathematics, General Knowledge. The question paper will be at the higher secondary level. The question will be in Hindi and English languages. The test time limit is 1 hour. The details of the exam will be found on the syllabus www.joinindiannavy.gov.in website.
Physical fitness test (PFT) – In this step, the candidates will have to run within the stipulated time. 1.6 km should be run within a time frame of 7 minutes. 20 squats and 10 push- up to be completed.
Medical standards– Height should be 157 cm. Weight and chest umbrella should be proper. As well as the chest umbrella should have the capacity to stretch up to 5 cm. It will not be acceptable for candidates to have tattoos anywhere on their body.
